Introducing our Cobra Academy Director
Peter Jean earned his BS in Ed in Physical Education and a coaching minor in soccer at Keene State College. In addition to serving as the Recreation Director for the Town of Hudson for seven years and a health teacher at
Alvirne High School for the past Thirty one years, Peter has over 35 years experience as a soccer coach and clinician at the recreational, travel, and interscholastic levels of competition. A former men’s soccer coach at Milford and Alvirne high schools, Peter has also licensed through N.H.S.C.A.A. and has coached travel soccer for Hudson United, World Cup before landing with the NH Cobras of the Nashua Soccer Club. He has also been a clinician for various local soccer clubs including the N.G.S.A. soccer club, and served as the Head Varsity Soccer Coach at Alvirne High School for sixteen seasons.
Peter creator of FUNdeMENTAL Soccer ©, a soccer learning system designed to teach children how to play smart soccer in a fun way, offers his expertise as the academies trainer. Every player of every session of the Cobra Soccer Academy is personally taught by Peter to insure that they receive the proper instruction and training. This is the personal touch that Cobra Soccer Academy has become known for. Additional coaches are on hand to provide added supervision and guidance by participating in each and every fun filled game.
About FUNdeMENTAL Soccer
FUNdeMENTAL Soccer is an innovative and fun way to learn the basic skills and strategies necessary to successfully play one of the most popular games in the world. Every session will include a wide variety of fun but challenging drills that are designed to develop the technical skills of each player. Every session will also includes a series of small-sided FUNdeMENTAL © soccer games that will teach the basic strategies of defending and attacking in an easy to understand way. Every player in every age group will enjoy learning how to play smart soccer the FUNdeMENTAL the way. FUNdeMENTAL Soccer is a sequential soccer curriculum for ages U5-U12. Each activity is carefully for each age group. Each age appropriate program has been carefully designed to bring each individual player through a logical sequence of growth and development, and to maximize his or her potential while at the same time making learning more fun.
